What is the Entrepreneurs Tax Offset?

To provide an incentive for small business, the tax system offers a tax offset of up to 25% of the income tax attributable, for small businesses enterprises (SBE's) with a turnover of less than $75,000.

Those entitled may be:

• individuals

• companies

• partners in a partnership

• a trustee or a beneficiary of a SBE trust
